Shipping policy

Shipping area: we ship to Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco.

Shipping costs: free shipping in Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco, on every order.

Times: orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 7–15 business days. These times are estimates and may vary, for example during holidays or customs checks.

Dispatch: our products ship from our partner warehouses, mainly in Asia. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update.

Import charges: as parcels come from abroad, the carrier may exceptionally collect import charges on delivery. These are paid by the customer.

Late or lost parcels: if your order has not arrived 30 business days after purchase, contact us. We will reship it or refund you in full.

Address: please check your address before ordering. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address.
