How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7–12 business days.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship within Switzerland only.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders within Switzerland.

Can I follow my order?
We email you as soon as your order ships. For any question about your parcel, write to us and we will check its status with our logistics partner.

Does the feeder work with Swiss sockets?
Yes, it comes with a 2-pin Europlug (Type C) that fits Swiss sockets without an adapter.

Which food can I use?
Dry kibble for cats and small to medium dogs. The feeder is not suitable for wet food.

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email contact@shopprepmate.com with your order number and a photo as soon as you notice the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you.
